Contains the values most recently written to I/O ports 0x00 to 0xFF. Redundant ports (e.g. 0x85 that is the same as 0x81) are mapped to the standard address when the snapshot file is saved, and are ignored when the snapshot is loaded. So, for example, it does not matter if an emulated program has written the border color to port 0x81, 0x85, 0x89, or 0x8D, it will be saved to and loaded from port 0x81 in the snapshot file.
